CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
When ordering from Allied Pacific Plantations Co., Inc., you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Guam may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Allied Pacific Plantations Co., Inc. has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Certain restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. There are limitations which prevent us from shipping certain products to some geographical locations, such as war-torn territories, protectorates, P.O. Boxes, military installations (APO/FPO addresses), and some diplomatic posts (DPO addresses).
COMBINED SHIPMENTS
When possible, items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package. This helps to reduce the number of packages sent to you, so you receive fewer packages and have less packaging material to dispose of when you receive your orders.
ABOUT DELIVERY GUARANTEES
We offer guaranteed delivery on certain fast delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated delivery date and fee (if applicable).
